Participants will discover how mindfulness shapes neurobiology, mindset and stress recovery through a four part immersive learning experience. This course delves into the application of these techniques in enhancing performance, particularly focusing on mindful marksmanship and weapons qualification by optimizing stress regulation within a professional and personal context. Participants will learn to strengthen the 'human weapon system', how it translates to weapons training, and establish coherence applying these insights to enhance both tactical recovery and regulation skills.
